2. Client Authorization & Compliance

By submitting a lead form, you affirm and represent that:

You have obtained express written consent from your client to submit their personal information on their behalf.

Your client has been informed and agrees that they may be contacted via phone call, email, or SMS, including through automated dialing systems, prerecorded messages, or artificial voice technologies, in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all applicable laws.

Your client understands that consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

You have maintained a record of that consent and can produce it upon request.

3. Permitted Uses

You may only use this platform to:

Submit inquiries or service requests on behalf of clients with their knowledge and permission;

Facilitate connections between your clients and third-party providers (e.g., mortgage lenders, inspectors, home service vendors);

Manage, track, or receive information related to those referrals.

You may not use the platform to:

Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information;

Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law;

Attempt to reverse engineer, access restricted areas, or interfere with the site's functionality.

5. Use of Submitted Data

By submitting a lead form:

You grant us the right to use the information to fulfill service requests, connect clients with third-party providers, and follow up on service-related communication;

You acknowledge that information may be shared with relevant partners, providers, or affiliates in order to fulfill the client’s inquiry;

You understand we may contact you or your client in accordance with applicable law and your client's expressed consent.

We may retain submitted information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for maintaining your own records regarding client consent.

7. No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee that any submission will result in contact, service, approval, or fulfillment. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform;

Any communication or interaction between your client and third-party service providers;

Any loss resulting from incorrect or unauthorized submissions.
